Before design anything, I think about the human. Did they good sleep? Have they tasty eaten? Did they hurry now? The good solution starts there
⑶ HIRING
I hire designers with an opinion — on how the product works, looks, and makes money. One with no opinion is worth less than one with any opinion
⑷ BUSINESS
Investors push the business, the business pushes product — and the human it's all for drops out first. But my job is to keep focus to him
